Automation Audit

You get a sound basis for a decision: which steps can be automated, which systems need to be connected and whether the effort pays off for your business at all.

What you get for the price

The scope is described deliberately precisely. That way you can see before enquiring what is included and where an extension begins.

  • Mapping of the current process: trigger, input data, decisions, outcome
  • Overview of the steps that can be automated — and those that stay with people
  • Possible architecture of the solution
  • Required systems and interfaces, including routes for systems without a modern API
  • Estimate of time savings and commercial potential
  • Implementation proposal with effort and risks

Who this package is for

We analyse an existing business process and assess which automations make sense technically and commercially.

  • Businesses where the same manual steps come up again every week
  • Companies that want to know whether automation pays off before investing
  • Teams that copy data between systems by hand today

How it works

01

Map the process

We walk through the current process together: trigger, input data, decisions, systems involved.

02

Check the technology

We check which interfaces exist and how the systems involved can be connected.

03

Present the result

You receive the concept, effort and risks in writing — with a clear recommendation, even if it advises against automating.

Deliberately not included

These boundaries prevent unexpected extra costs and make the package price easy to follow.

  • Implementing the proposed automation is not included.
  • The time-saving estimate is based on what you tell us about today’s effort — it is an estimate, not a promise.
  • No access to your production systems is set up for the analysis.
  • Licence and running costs for third-party services are not included.

Useful extensions

Only if it suits your project – extensions are clearly stated before any work starts.

  • Implementing the process in the AI Automation Sprint
  • Connecting further systems identified during the analysis
  • Ongoing operation of the automation once it is built
  • Training and clear rules for using AI in your team

Frequently asked questions

What if nothing is worth automating?

Then the result says so. We do not automate for the sake of it — if a process offers no commercial benefit, we do not recommend it. A recommendation against implementation is a valid outcome of the analysis.

Do you need access to our systems for this?

Not for the analysis. It is enough to walk through the process together and name the systems involved. Access is only set up for an implementation, and then limited as tightly as possible to the functions needed.

What does implementation cost afterwards?

That is part of the result. The AI Automation Sprint has a starting price; what your process actually costs depends on the interfaces involved — a figure before that would be a guess.

Do older systems without a modern interface rule this out?

Not necessarily. Email processing, CSV or XML imports, SFTP and database connections are all possible routes, and user-interface automation remains as a last resort. Which route fits is exactly what this analysis clarifies.

Does this package fit your project?

Send a short enquiry. The package is already selected, so we can talk about the right scope straight away.

Already clear on the process?

If the process and systems are settled, you can skip the analysis and go straight to implementation.
