What you should know before you start.

Do we have to change our IT for this?

No. We connect the systems you already use via their interfaces: email, CRM, ERP, cloud storage, databases. Your staff keep working in the applications they know. We usually do not need access to your employees' computers, and you do not give us personal passwords — that is what API access, OAuth connections and service accounts with tightly scoped permissions are for.

Does AI automation replace employees?

That is not the goal. The repetitive steps in between are automated; the decisions stay with people. For sensitive processes we deliberately build in an approval step: the AI prepares a quote or a reply, a team member checks and confirms it, and only then does anything go out. Only what has proven reliable beforehand is automated further.

How do you make sure nothing goes wrong with real data?

Automations are built first with test data, anonymised data, sandbox systems and sample documents wherever possible. Only then are the real systems connected, and the first phase runs in a controlled way with human approval. Before the first connection, we agree in writing which data flows where, how long it is stored and who has access.

What does getting started cost?

The initial call is free and takes 30 minutes. For further work, these starting prices apply: Automation Audit from €890, AI Automation Sprint from €3,900, AI Operations Support from €290 / month. All amounts are net, plus VAT. In the call we clarify which step suits your process; before we start, you receive a quote with a fixed scope and price. Prices for websites and visibility are on our pricing page.

Do you only work in the Rhine-Main region?

Our focus is on Wiesbaden, Mainz, Frankfurt and the Rheingau-Taunus district, because an on-site meeting helps when mapping processes and local visibility benefits from local knowledge. We also deliver automation, custom software and websites beyond the region — technically, location makes no difference there.
