A self-developed platform for Bitcoin, ETF and stock education that has been live for months — not a concept, but a product with real user accounts.

Financial education in the German-speaking world is either superficial or sells investment advice under the guise of education. MacsInvest was meant to avoid both: well-founded, but without promises of returns.

AI Transformation Framework

A fully worked-out blueprint for introducing AI in German companies: maturity model, target operating model, use-case prioritisation and a 24-month roadmap — written out in full rather than as a slide deck.

AI projects rarely fail because of the model. They fail because of unclear responsibilities, a data basis nobody owns, and because it was never agreed beforehand how success would even be recognised. The framework therefore starts before the technology: first an assessment of where you stand and a decision logic, then implementation.
