Before we start.

What is the difference between a workshop and training?

The opportunity workshop identifies and prioritises suitable tasks in your business. Practical training focuses on using AI tools, writing clear instructions and checking results. Both can be booked independently.

How is this different from an Automation Audit?

The workshop looks across tasks and departments to decide where to start. The Automation Audit examines one selected process and its technical interfaces in greater depth.

Who should take part?

For the workshop, decision-makers and the people who perform the tasks should join. Practical training is designed for the employees who will use the tools. No technical background is required.

What are the duration and cost?

A half-day opportunity workshop is a possible starting point. We agree on duration, participants, preparation and deliverables before quoting. Pricing is on request; further implementation is commissioned separately.

Can we use our own examples?

Yes. We agree on suitable examples in advance and use synthetic or pre-approved data. For practical exercises, we clarify approved tools and data rules before the session.

Where do workshops take place?

On site in Wiesbaden, Mainz, Frankfurt and the surrounding Rhine-Main region, or online by arrangement. The format is agreed around your team and goals.

What would your team like to achieve with AI?
