AI Automation Sprint
At the end, one well-defined process runs automatically in your business: systems connected, a test phase with human approval completed, documentation handed over.
What you get for the price
The scope is described deliberately precisely. That way you can see before enquiring what is included and where an extension begins.
- One well-defined process, fully implemented
- Connection of the systems involved via APIs, webhooks, databases or file transfers
- Development first with test data, anonymised data or sandbox systems
- n8n as the automation layer, AI processing only where it adds something
- A test phase in which every case is approved by a member of staff
- Handover with documentation of the process and the access that was set up
Who this package is for
We automate one clearly defined end-to-end process — from the enquiry to the follow-up.
- Businesses that can name a specific recurring process
- Companies that have already completed an Automation Audit
- Teams whose enquiries, quotes or receipts are passed along by hand today
How it works
Define the scope
We draw the boundaries of the process: what belongs to it, what deliberately does not — and how we can tell that it works.
Build and connect
Built with test data wherever possible, then connected to the production systems with the narrowest possible permissions.
Test and hand over
The process first runs with human approval. Only then does it go into regular operation — with documentation.
Deliberately not included
These boundaries prevent unexpected extra costs and make the package price easy to follow.
- The scope is one process. Further processes are separate sprints.
- Licence, hosting and model costs of the services involved are listed separately.
- The starting price is a lower bound; the final amount is only fixed after the process analysis.
- Ongoing operation after handover is not included.
Useful extensions
Only if it suits your project – extensions are clearly stated before any work starts.
- AI Operations Support for ongoing operation
- Further processes as separate sprints
- Custom software, if a process needs its own interface
- Training your team on the new process
Frequently asked questions
What does “one well-defined process” mean?
A process with a clear trigger and a clear end — for example from an incoming customer enquiry via a CRM entry and a quote to the follow-up, or from an incoming invoice via data extraction and filing to the handover to the ERP system.
Do we need an Automation Audit first?
Not necessarily. If the process is clear and the systems are known, we can start straight away. If both are open, the analysis is the cheaper route — otherwise you pay development time for answering questions.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
That is what the test phase is for: for sensitive steps, a member of staff checks every case before anything goes out. Only what runs reliably is automated further.
Do we get the solution, or are we tied to you for good?
You receive the automation with documentation. Whether we run it afterwards is a separate decision, not a requirement.
Does this package fit your project?
Send a short enquiry. The package is already selected, so we can talk about the right scope straight away.
Enquire about AI Automation SprintWho looks after it afterwards?
Interfaces change and processes stall. AI Operations Support takes care of hosting, monitoring and maintenance.
