AI Opportunity Workshop

You receive a prioritised list of use cases, open prerequisites and a practical proposal for your first pilot.

What you get for the price

The scope is described deliberately precisely. That way you can see before enquiring what is included and where an extension begins.

An initial discussion about goals, team and processes

A clear introduction to AI capabilities and limitations

Joint review of recurring tasks

Assessment of value, effort, available data and feasibility

Written priorities and a recommendation for a first pilot

We identify and evaluate practical AI use cases together with your team.

We discuss your goals, participants and suitable examples.

We assess tasks, value, data, effort and responsibilities.

You receive priorities and a proposal for a manageable pilot.

These boundaries prevent unexpected extra costs and make the package price easy to follow.

Technical implementation is not included.
The assessment uses the information gathered together; time savings are not guaranteed.
Production access and processing confidential customer data are outside the workshop scope.

Only if it suits your project – extensions are clearly stated before any work starts.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. We start with your workflows and explain the relevant basics.

How long does the workshop take?

A half-day introduction is possible. Duration depends on your goals, departments and group size and is agreed beforehand.

Do we have to commission implementation afterwards?

No. You can use the written result internally, with us or with another provider.

Send a short enquiry. The package is already selected, so we can talk about the right scope straight away.

Practical training adds exercises from your working day to the opportunity assessment.
